The Best Blogging Year Ever

   This year was the first time I have ever blogged but it was so fun. I wish in sixth grade we got to blog because it adds a lot of fun to everybody's week. Ms. Davis taught us all so much and we can even use some of the stuff she tought us somewhere else.

   Some things we learned were amazing like how to move a picture over to another site. There are actually a lot of sites that support blogging like fodey com. or big huge labs. We used a lot of things from big huge labs. I don't like saying goodbye but you have to sometimes. I'll always remember coming to fifth grade and doing blogging every Tuesday.

                                                                                                I’m sure you’ve heard of Hank Aaron before, he was one of the best baseball players in the world. Hank Aaron was born in 1934 and is still alive. When he was a child he didn’t have a lot of money but the first time he threw up the ball he knew he wanted to be a major league player. He loved playing baseball but his main goal was to break Babe Ruth’s record of 714 home runs. Everybody supported him, even Babe Ruth’s widow. Then he finally broke it. Even know it has already been broken many people still try to beat that record. Later, he retired with 755 home runs. He inspired many black Americans to go out and work hard for something so they can do what they love

My Passion

My passion is playing baseball. When i'm in a game there is no better rush. When you win a game it makes you happy but when you win a tournament it makes you really happy and it makes you proud because you get an even bigger trophy and you even get to have an award ceremony. I hit twenty one home runs this season and that made me very proud and also made my parents very proud of me too.

My Math Problem

In the math lesson i'm in right now we are learning about area and perimeter. It's very fun and pretty easy to do. Whats your favorite thing to do in math.

My New Year's Resolution

My New Year's resolution is to save as much money as I can. We have had a lot of trouble with our economy and stock market. I am going to try not to buy as many things as I did last year. For example at a grocery store if there is a cheaper brand of potato chips buy them and if you're buying something that is a few pounds check how much it cost by the pound. Groceries are something that we really need in our life and we shouldn't spend our money on things that we might buy and not even really like. If we all do this I think the whole world would be a way better place.

My Family Tradition

My Christmas tradition is really cool and I am totally going to carry it on because I think my family would really like it to. It is that we all get to open one present that one of our other family members pick on Christmas Eve. We don't get to pick our own though. We do get to pick who we want to pick it and they can pick theirs or somebody else's. I love my family tradition because it brings our family together.
