Dear Caz, 10-19-1855
My journey to the way out long and cold. We ran because we are tired of being slaves. At night we ran there at day we slept at safe houses. Hreit Tubman helped us runaway. During it we were sore and tired. Now that we are free I will run a business.
Sincerely,
Joseph McDermott
Hi Joseph! This is great start to the letter, but I think you need more details. Details, details, details makes your writing more interesting. It will "come to life" so to speak. Where did you run away from? Where did you go? Were you by yourself? How did you feel? Did you get sick? What kind of business will you run?
