Think more people slould talk or bring cell phone to school because maybe your parent clould be stuck in traffici or late comeing from work

Cell phones aren't a problem in school as long as they are off. Cell phones are an annoyance when you are trying to concentrate. Also, cell phones get stolen a lot. I think that if you are careful, though, you can keep a cell phone at school.
