I recently read this fiction story Binky Rules. It is a fiction story because it is Arthur story. These are the narrative elements...

1. The characters are Binky,Arthur,the Janitor,francine and Muffy.
2.   The setting  was in a school.
3.   The problem was that Binky was accused of writing his name on the school grounds
4.   The solution was that all the characthers investigated to see who did it and it was not Binky,  and they never figured out.
5. The main idea was Binky was accused of writing his name.
