The Hot Dogs

  David and Doug were hot because they were playing all day long. Their owners were out for the day. While they were playing David got hungry. Then suddenly David turned into a hot dog.Then Doug got jealous and turned into a hot dog too. From then on they called themselves the hot dog buns!Do you like hot dogs?

The Way To Freedom!

Dear Lily,

             I have just started the first few stages to freedom. Harriet Tubman is our conductor. We are tired of walking.On th trail we went to a safe house, Ms.Harriet said to look for quilts with a black design. The owner of the house was so generous to give us food. My family was scared when we left Alabama because my mom thought to  her self that  the guard dogs would awake. we are finally got to Canada and are now free!!

Sally sells shells by the sea shore

   Sally sees shells by the sea shore so she shines and slips them away. She sells and sees the shine while she sells  by the sea shore. She sells all the shells and sees more shells by the sea shore. Soon she sees Shana and sells her six shells. Shana says may I save seven or six shells of yours. Sally says sure so Shana sells some shells too. This type of figurative language is called  ALLITERATION!A writer might use this from of writing to be an entertainer or to give a great description on a hot topic. This form of writing is a cool  way to be you!
