Dear upcoming fifth graders,

  I'm so eager to go to middle school. It's gonna be tons of fun. I'm so sad school's almost over.None of my friends are going to my middle school. There are some important things you need to know. First off, don't miss school. Always try to make friends not enemies. Don't give out personal info. Always listen to your teacher. And please, let J.H. House keep it's reputation by always doing your best to be a good citizen. Who am I to tell YOU how to be good. The most important thing to remember is: Your teachers will always be there for you. I've got one question. Will you be better than me?

Middle School

        Middle School. It's a big step. There are tons of new things. I mean: lockers, teachers, halls, schedules, etc. There are also old things you will miss like: teachers, younger friends, siblings, classes, friends, etc. I won't even try to name the feelings you could get about the matter. I will name mine though.                                                                        I am eager!!!

Weakness

The CRCT is a very important test. You only have to pass two sections. Here are 10 tips on how to do well on those sections.

1. Get well rested.(at least 8 hours)
2. Eat a balanced breakfast.
3. Don't miss school.
4. Don't be late.
5. Concentrate.
6. Take deep breaths.
7. Don't get distracted.
8. Read the questions carefully.
9. Make sure you keep up with the question you are on.
10. Use a #2 pencil.

Astronaut! T-10!

I read a post today that I really liked. The person's blog name was "Flippy." My favorite part of his post was"When the astronauts are in space they put on white suits so it can be easy to see them in the black background. When astronauts are on the moon it would either be cold or hot so astronauts have tubes with hot or cold water to keep them warm and cool. They also have a little heater on their fingers. They have a helmet that keeps their eyes safe from the reflection of the sun." Don't you think it would cost a lot of money to make an astronaut's suit? It would be really cool to have regular clothes like that. Did you know that astronauts don't have a toilet. They have to use the bathroom in their suit. Gross, right? At least it saves a lot of time.

Here comes Gallon Man! That's right, gallon man is comin to town. 4 quarts and 8 pints. As you can see, there are 4 quarts in a gallon, 2 pints in a quart, 2 cups in a pint, and 8 fl oz in a cup. Can you figure out how many fl oz are in a gallon. The answer is 128 fl oz in a gallon. Well, have a good day! Bye!

My Resolutions

As you know its January 3, 2008. I made my resolutions 2 days ago. My main resolution is to spend more time outside with my dogs and cat. I have a lot of leftover time in my day. I needed to find something else to do. I plan to spend at least 30 minutes outside every day. What are some of your resolutions? I would really like to read them. Did you know in China it is  still 2007? Can you think of anywhere else that it is still 2007?

It's Begining to Look A Lot Like Chiristmas!HO HO HO!

  I can't wait until Christmas. I get to go see my friends over break. I don't have a huge tree. I hope it doesn't affect the amount of presents I get. I don't want very many things. That is the very opposite of my brother. He has asked for over 10 items that cost over $100. Here are some: a cell phone upgrade, a dirtbike, an xbox 360, a playstation 3  back, a flatscreen and more. What do you want? Have a merry Chiristmas!   I have read a post called the third floor bedroom. It also has a pod cast. It was written by Cassidy. It had a few mistakes like no periods and capitol letters. Otherwise it was very good.
