The Best Comment So Far

"Wow great post. I never knew that there was so much to learn about Montana. My name is Sully and I am in ninth grade at a local high school. You look like you can wright and research well. After reading your post, I actually do want to visit Montana one day."

This short paragraph you just read was a comment. This comment was the one I think was the best comment so far. I chose this comment because I thought that it it was very nice for her to say that I know how to research. She also told me that by reading the post "Montana" (you can read it on Alejandra's blog under Mr.Harris' class) she decided to go visit Montana. That makes me feel like if she really paid attention to the post, and made me feel that taking my time was worth it.

Constitution Day

                      Do you know why we have Constitution Day? This is what I heard in CNN Student News. Constitution day is the birthday of the Constitution or the day the constitution was made. The Constitution was made on September 17,1787. If we didn't have the constitution the United  States would be total disaster meaning lots of wars between our states. Do you know what are the three branches of government? I do they are the legislative branch, executive branch, and last but not least the executive branch. Now you know what the three branches of the government. Each of these different branches have different powers and jobs. At first the people who wrote the Constitution did sort of a draft. Then they made like a final copy and that is how the Constitution looks now. The delagates and much more people wrote our constitution. People take trips to a museum to see a copy of the constitution. Do you wish someday you could see atleast a copy of the constitution?

I am funny and shy

I wonder who will be on earth in the future

Montana

Have you ever visited the state of Montana? I f you haven’t I think you should read this paragraph to learn more about the state of Montana. Montana is about 559 miles from east to west and about 321 miles from north to south. Montana is bordered by Canada on the north, and on the south Montana is bordered by Idaho and Wyoming. On the east Montana is bordered by North Dakota and South Dakota. Montana covers 147,046 square miles, making it the 4^th largest of the 50 states right after Alaska, Texas, and California. Montana has over 145,556 miles of land area! 1,490 square miles of Montana are covered by water. Did you know that the highest point in Montana is Granite Peak at 12,799 feet above sea level? The lowest point in Montana is the Kootenai River at 1,800 feet above sea level. Some of Montana’s largest rivers are Clark Fork River, Missouri River, and Yellowstone River. Flathead Lake and Fort Peck Lake are Montana’s largest lakes. Montana’s capital is called Helena. Their bird is a western meadowlark and their flower is called bitterroot. Hi, my name is Alejandra. I am so excited about blogging! I like using computers so I think blogging is going to be my thing. I have short hair. I have brown eyes. I like to draw.
