Do you want to know what matters to me? What really matters to me is my family because they love, support , and help me when I'm having trouble or when I am hurt.
Like when I had to get stitches under my eye. Instead I got glue they were real worried . Especially my mom she thought that the cut was bigger than it is. She came home really scared.
My family also helped me a lot when I broke my ankle. They helped me by carrying me to places I needed to be like to the car, the dinner table, and back to my room. My mom took me to the doctor and she bought me something from Wal-Mart to make me stop scratching the inside of my leg.
Instead of my little sister being there for me I was there for her.She was screaming and was really scared because she cut herself whith glass while she was helping my dad clean the yard. I told her that she would be O.k.
What matters to you?
I can relate to this Marisela because I have a mom that works at your school who love me very much.I think you have wonderful parents that gaurds you and keep you in a child place. and always remember that everytime you get into trouble by both of your parents don't never think they don't love you they love you very much.

Wow, Marisela! You gave some good examples to explain why family matters to you. The details you included were excellent. Family matters a lot to me, also. I bet you and your sister get to help each other a lot. Can you think of a time your sister has been there for you? I bet it happens a lot! That's what families are all about - caring for and helping each other.

I can relate to this Marisela because my family matters a great deal to me. They are always there when I need them and they know that they can come to me if they need anything. I'm really nervous about having to go to college next because I won't be able to go to my family whenever I need them.

Family is extremely important to me Marisela. You provided excellent supporting examples of why your family matters to you. The great thing about families is that they will always be there for you. Even when you get old like me Then you will have opportunities to help your parents out then they need you. Like the time my mother broke her leg. I had to splint it and take her to the hospital. Even though I did not enjoy seeing my mother in so much pain, I was glad that I could be there to take care of her.

I don't know what I would do without my family. I'm glad they care so much about you and you care so much about them. You are so lucky to have a little sister. I have always wanted one, but instead I have two brothers, and I love them very much. They help me feel better just like you do with your sister. Make sure you tell your family that you love them everyday, because that is the most important thing you could ever say to anyone.

I can relate to marisela because my family do mean the most to me I think that everybody has a family that means the most to them. There were times when my mom are my dad had to sacrafice there time are other things just to make me happy and its hard because now that my cousin are living with me its extra hard to get the things that we need it will take more time to make everybody in the house happy, thats why i am greatful to have my mom and dad because they would break their necks just to make sure i get what i need een if they don't have the money i mean i love my parents sooooo much i would sacrifice my life so i want have to see them suffer with theirs, there are people out there who don't have parents and there are some out there who take their parents for granted. There are times when i had a disagreement but at the end of the day i always tell them that i love them and know matter what disagreement that we go through i still will love them.
Do you tell your parents that you love them everyday, do you take them for granted?
