Podcasting!

    Last week,an instructor from Georgia State University came to our school. Her name was Mrs.Anne Davis.When Mrs.Davis was here she had a chance to pod cast all of us in weblogging.It was fun watching everyone else but when it was my turn I was shy to speak.You can listen to me speak if you just Download Diana.mp3.

     If I had a chance to podcast anyone it would be to podcast Wisin Y Yandel. They are famous singers you might have heard of them or know who they are. If I did have a chance to podcast them I would ask them a ton of questions. I would be really glad if I did get to podcast them one day.

    Do you know what I did not get a chance to podcast them. I was disappointed when I found out that I could not podcast them. But it was ok because I could interview someone in this school and it would be Graciela. I would podcast her because she is friendly,cares about people, and she has a lot of friends.

    

    So now you have an idea why I would rather podcast Graciela. Like I said she has many many friends. I would really have fun if I interviewed Graciela.

The Play!!!

     Today I am going to write a story. In this story I am going to put as many idioms as I can. This story is going to be about a boy and his class in a play.

The boy is going to be the leader in the school play. He is really nervous. When they went to try out he was even more nervous. His class mates told him to chill out for a while and he did. When it was time for him to try out he was shy. The teacher asked him,"did the cat get your tongue." The teacher said again that he has to at least try it or she will clip his wings. The boy did calm down. He tried it and his fear went away.

    They rehearsed every Wednesday and every Monday at 5:00 p.m. They got better and better each day that they were as cool as a cucumber. Finally they were at their last rehearsal and they were excited.

    The day of the play was finally here and the whole class said were all ears because they were about to announce them on stage. The students went on stage and the teacher said break a leg. So did the boy because he didn't go on stage he was going to do the second part alone. The students came back with the teacher and the boy went on stage. When he was done the audience brought down the house.

A Delightful Time

Getting comments is something that I really enjoy. I like getting comments from my friends and from other people in the country. I think that all of the comments that I receive are special. I especially like the comments from my friends. I also like the comments from other people though.

   There is one comment that I really enjoy. It was from a teacher in New York city. His name is Mr.Brune. The comment that he typed to me was about the hurricane that occurred in Guatemala. The hurricane that hit Guatemala was hurricane Stan. Mr.Brune was saying that he had two students in his class that had some family members in Guatemala. But the good thing was that he said that their family was ok. I was glad when Mr.Brune said that the two kids in his class were happy to know that their relatives in Guatemala were ok and that they were not hurt. The two kids were scared at first but then they were glad when they found out that they were ok. I was also really glad that nothing happened to them.
