Podcast or Broadcast

  On last Tuesday we did something called podcasting. Podcasting is when somebody gives you an interview and then they put it on a blog so people can listen to your interview.  I was a little nervous. I was first up and we did it in front of every body. But when I did it I felt very good. It ended up being a great podcast. If I could podcast somebody  I would podcast a fourth grader. I would do that because it is their year where  next year they would be fifth graders. I think podcasting is a great experience for everybody. A VERY VERY NO GOOD HORRIBLE DAY!

One day I went to my friends house after school to play. When I walked in his house I saw him laying down on his bed. His face was a red cherry and he had a horse voice. I thought to myself he was as sick as a dog. When he saw me he jumped out of bed and said,"Lets play." Then I said,"You need to chill you are sick and you need to rest.

I was about to go home until  it started raining cats and dogs. I was having a horrible day. I was so mad I started to bounce off the walls. I told my friend as soon as it stopped raining I was leaving. While we where waiting for it to stop raining I took a nap. I was having beauty sleep. Nobody was going to wake me up. I woke up two hours later and it stopped raining. I looked to see where my friend was. I saw him playing and running around.I said how did you get better. He said, I wasn't sick I just wanted to trick you.I was so mad I walked out the door and slammed it .

Commenting about Commenting

             One of the best things about weblogs is the commenting. The comment that really encouraged me to blog even more was when I did a post on a student in New York named Chloe. I read her post and it was an interview it made me think of doing an interview. I thought it brought comedy and laughter to writing. So when she read it and commented to it she thanked me like I made her win president of the United States. She also said,"It was very fun working with Alexa." It also was a real interview but in the interview Alexa nickname is Alley. That really inspired me to make my post excited. Once again thank you Alexa and Chloe your comment will always be the story I tell when people ask how did weblogs inspire me.

                                         WHAT IS SOMETHING THAT INSPIRED YOU TO BECOME WHO YOU ARE TODAY?

It's Raining Cats and Dogs

We are learning about idoms and here are you examples.

1.  You are as poor as a church mice.

2. Lend me your ear so you will learn about John Cena.

3. Man my sister always kills the goose that lays the golden eggs.

4. I hit angel and got sent to the doghouse.

5.When somebody in my class fell out their seat it tickled my funny bone.

6. When angel started crying I told him he need to chill out.

7. When I eat a lot of sweets I get called sweet tooth.

8. In the Bernie Mac show Bernie Mac is the top banana.

9. My friend was as sick as a dog when he was in the hospital.

10. When I got all A's I was on top of the world.

MICKY D'S GO OVER BOARD

Have you ever been to McDonald's? If you have, have you ever been real hungry and over ate? People are blaming McDonalds because of child obesites. I think if you over eat or stuff yourself this would happen. They also said by December all the Golden Arches super sizes would be gone.

                  Then McDonalds said that is ok because not that many people buy them and they don't get the money they want off of them.

Hey everybody, the reason I didn't finish my blog is because I  didn't have enough time. So today I am going to finish what I started. 

                    One day, I woke up and I felt hair under my under arms. It was like hairboloza and went to the mirror and I had hair everywhere. I heard a noise in the kitchen so I went to go see who or what was causing the noise. When I went in there I saw two kids and a fine lookin lady. I said with authority,"What are you doing here. All of you need to leave except the fine look'n lady." Then they all started to laugh and said stop playing daddy. I looked around the room and saw pictures of those two kids and a photo of me and that hot lady in a picture. I must be dreaming, I tried to hit myself but I didn't wake up. Could this be a dream or for real, I thought to my self.                

                            When I went outside I saw this lamborghini, I jumped in it so fast the gas was already started. It had two 5 inch flat screen T.V.s in the back, and surround sound in the trunk. Before I left the driveway  I asked her what was her name she said Samyaih. Well then Samyaih if being married to you means having this car it might not be that bad being married to you. Then I took Samyaih and  then drove off. At that moment I woke up thinking I was driving a car.Then the librarian smacked me and told me to get a life and threw me out of the library.

                           WHAT HAVE YOU DREAMED OF THAT WAS INTERESTING BUT GOT CAUGHT NOT PAYING ATTENTION?

DREAMING IS FOR KIDS!

NEW YEARS RESOLUTION!

My new years resolution is to become a better blogger. Blogging is a serous thing. I love weblogs but there is some things I can work on. Like putting a main topic, middle paragraph, and conclusion. The hard thing for me is when start to get lazy or tired and I try to take the short way into finish my paper. I really need to work on that because that would cause me not to be a good writer. Another thing is sentence fluency. It helps your sentences flow or  sound smooth. That's where details come in. You see my fellow readers without details you couldn't talk. If tried it would sound like" Go get box with pencils." See what I was trying to say is go get the box with color pencils. See A, An, and The are articles and articles describe. You have 3 types of adjectives that describes, Common, Proper, and Articles. Common adjectives are like soft or fat and skinny. Proper adjectives are always capitalize for  example @tlanla. Now I shared my resolution now you share yours.

   

             WHAT IS YOUR RESOLUTION AND WHY IS IT IMPORANT TO YOU?

TRUE BLOGGING!

                This is my first time really blogging. The steps are first you read, then you think about what you are reading. The third step is to make connections about what you are reading and what someone else is writing. You may decide to write about what you are reading and even do some linking as you go! What inspired me is Mr. Brune's student Chloe. She inspired me by her interview. She said things to the person she interviewed like what's your favorite color then they would make a scene out of a simple question. I think that was a good post to read. She brought comedy to writing and I love comedy! She had what to interview it was like mouth watering. The way she brought comedy to writing for example when she said:

C: What is your favorite movie that you acted in?


A: Ummm…I like the movie “Girls Rule Boys Drool” because the boys were like drooling a lot.

                    or when she said:

C: Last but not least, how old are you and when is your birthday?


A: First my birthday is in February on the 28th. And second of all is it any of your business how old I am?!?!

                             WHAT SOMETHING YOU DO THAT IS TRUE TO YOU!

                            

                   

WHAT WEBLOGS MEAN TO ME

                     What weblogs mean to me is creativity! It takes creativity to write a 5 paragraph paper so anybody in the world can see it. Also to take two hours out your class time to write and you have to make up your work it takes creativity to know when and how to learn what you missed. See to me weblogs is like a part of my soul something I can't live without. When I can't express my feelings I shout inside. It's like a lion trapped in a cage wanting to get out and attack.

                       WHAT IN YOUR LIFE YOU CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT?
