After an intensive study of animals, including their needs and characteristics, our class was assigned a diorama project. Each student chose an animal and constructed a diorama that displayed the animal's habitat. S tudents then presented their information to the class in an oral report. We learned a lot more from each other. I was so impressed with how well everyone did on this first project! I can't wait to see the other projects that will come from these creative ones!
